NIM x CoinGecko Raffle Winner: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the NIM X CoinGecko Raffle (the “Raffle”) provided by GRAMPUS CWC Foundation (“we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”). By participating in the Raffle, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not be eligible to participate in the Raffle or receive any rewards. Note: the raffle is in conjunction with CoinGecko’s NFT giveaway. 


2. Eligibility:

  • The Raffle is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement of at least 18 years.
  • Due to international regulations on P2E games, only entries from individuals NOT residing in the following locations will be accepted: the Republic of South Korea, North Korea, China, Singapore, Iran, and the British Virgin Islands.


3. Participation in the Raffle:

We are thrilled to collaborate with CoinGecko users and offer them the chance to participate in the Raffle. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that any information you provide may be used by us in connection with the Raffle. To take part, users must follow these steps:

  • CoinGecko users can redeem a NIM X CoinGecko Raffle ticket with 300 candies on CoinGecko’s Candy Rewards Store from Friday, December 15, 02:00 UTC through Sunday, December 31, 15:00 UTC.
  • Upon redeeming the Raffle ticket, users will receive a unique Candy Rewards code and a link to a Sweep Widget page. Users are required to fill in their details and may complete bonus actions, such as following Norma in Metaland’s social accounts, to boost their chances of winning.
    • Required fields:
      • Full Name
      • Email Address
      • In-game UID (found in in-game setting)
      • Wallet address linked to the game (found in in-game setting)

  • On Monday, January 4th, 2024, 10,000 winners will be randomly selected to receive 20 CANDY tokens (in-game utility token). Additionally, 5 special winners out of the 10,000 winners will each receive 1 Norma's Gold Oven NFT, a mystery box that randomly reveals a 3~5-star Norma NFT.
  • The announcement of the 10,000 CANDY token winners and the 5 special winners of Norma's Gold Oven will be made on NIM and CoinGecko's social media channels on Thursday, January 4, 2024.


4. Raffle Prize:

The selected winners will be announced on NIM and CoinGecko's social media platforms and will not be individually contacted. The winner announcement will include a Google spreadsheet with the winners' UIDs. The Raffle prize comprises 200,000 CANDY tokens and 5 Norma's Gold Oven NFTs. CANDY token rewards will be sent directly to the game account associated with the UID, while Norma's Gold Oven NFTs will be sent to the linked wallet address corresponding to the UID by January 8th, 2024.

5. Disclaimer:

The Prize is awarded 'as is' and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Raffle organizers and affiliated companies provide no representations or warranties regarding the prize or its use and assume no responsibility for any claims arising out of or in connection with the prize or its use. Additionally, we are not affiliated with any third-party companies or organizations mentioned in the raffle event (e.g., CoinGecko) or related promotional materials. The raffle event and prizes are solely sponsored and organized by us, and any reference to third-party companies or organizations is for informational purposes only.

 

6. Limitation of Liability:

The organizers, sponsors, and affiliated companies of the Raffle are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property or person, including death, arising from participation in the raffle or the use or misuse of the prize.

 

7. Intellectual Property:

The Service, encompassing all content provided by experts or other participants, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from any content provided by the Service is prohibited without our prior written consent.

 

8. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after any changes to these Terms, you indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Raffle, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
